An apple a day, keeps the doctor away! Drink apple cider vinegar - cleanses from the inside and nourishes from the outside. We recommend drinking a cup with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, topped up with warm water, about 20 minutes before your breakfast. This regulates and cleanses your intestines. Acetic acid stimulates our digestion, stimulates saliva production and promotes the activity of the stomach, intestines and pancreas.
