Alkaline foot bath After a sporty winter day, enjoy a soothing alkaline foot bath to remove excess acid and toxins from your body.
ORGANIC mountain herbal tea, strikingly spicy and with a wonderfully natural aroma of fennel and the taste of the mountains.
An apple a day, keeps the doctor away! Drink apple cider vinegar - cleanses from the inside and nourishes from the outside. We recommend drinking a cup with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, topped up with warm water, about 20 minutes before your breakfast. This regulates and cleanses your intestines. Acetic acid stimulates our digestion, stimulates saliva production and promotes the activity of the stomach, intestines and pancreas. To regulate your intestinal flora, we recommend a six to eight week treatment, so start right here with us.
